Travel is one of the best Emprise Management Group perks that we offer our talented team members. Our most recent excursion took qualifying associates to Jonesboro, Arkansas, to test new markets for potential expansion.
“The road trip was roughly three hours long and presented a great opportunity for us to get to know our teammates a little bit better,” shared Sellus, President of Emprise Management Group. “We always take advantage of the chance to go out into a new area and see what we can do. We enjoyed the opportunity to get out of Memphis for a little bit and explore a different city with our colleagues.”
Our people have many chances to travel throughout the year. Not only do we explore markets for expansion potential, but we also visit other high-performing offices for cross-training and attend leadership conferences.
